Observe youself that you may need small breaks
Stress is a normal human reaction that happens to everyone. You may experience your fast heart rates and start to get headache. It is ok to observe when it happens. Having a small pause when you feel the sign, can help you to release the tension and get back to focus productively. It is so much better than getting pushy on yourself!

Find a corner to strech muscle tension
Stress affects our lives both mental and physical parts. Mind and body are connected. People easily feel the tensions. You may find a space to relax, focus on breathing, and do simple stretch poses. It will gently help you embracing calm and releasing all the tensions. To practice handling with stress next time, most people enjoy doing morning stretch, and some love to do during the day!

Make time for some green
Why sitting in front of the desk all day long? Several research papers have found the association between greenspace strolling and stress-coping. Green walks help to relieve stress and reconnect us to mindfulness. You may practice short walk during lunch break or after work. It does help us to refresh our brain and body to release the tension.

Get enough sleep
Sleep is a necessary human function, which allows our brains to recharge/rest and muscles to repair. Adversely, a lack of sleep can cause stress hormone releasing. It leads to day's stress easily. Managing sleep routine makes brain health healthier!
